of Ripples

Welcome to explore my collection of music - little snippets of my mindscape as I explore themes of identity, cognition, control, connection, and consciousness. Some of my lyrics are autobiographical, others are mindfulness meditations or explorations of mind-spaces and beliefs - spiritual atheism influenced by buddhism and cognitive neuroscience.

I grew up listening to Kraftwerk, Depeche Mode, Alphaville, Erasure, Jean Michelle Jarre, and other greats from the golden age of synth - and this is reflected in my music. More recent influences are Infected Mushroom and Trentemöller. Other influences are Cornelis Vreeswijk, Thåström, Bellman, Esbjörn Svensson Trio, and Dave Brubeck.

My tools of creation are a midi-keyboard, my computer, a digital workstation, sequencers and arpeggiators, my own voice, and more recently tools like Suno to bring ideas to life and edit.
